Mr. Carson is wondering if you made your bed this morning???? It’s not too late to do it properly.

In our continuing effort to make things more civilized, I’m wondering when was the last time you said please or thank you? I hope it doesn’t take you too long to remember.

When you do, do you look the person in the eye, use gratitude in your voice? Or is it a perfunctory habit that makes you feel better but comes across as the equivalent of ‘whatever’ or ‘yup’.

Sure, we’re busy, in a rush and need to get to the next thing but it only takes one second more to make your words count. Especially to someone who you’re asking to do something for you or showing gratitude when it’s completed. It may be the only nice thing that happens to them all day.

And it’ll make your day when you get a heart warming smile in return.
